On this page you can indicate which dates you can volunteer for duty for Open Afternoons.
The calendar below show the dates that we are looking for volunteers. Dates highlighted in RED already have a volunteer confirmed for that slot. Dates highlighted in YELLOW have a volunteer nominated but not yet confirmed.
If you would like to volunteer please:-
- select any open dates you would like to volunteer for in the first calendar (First Volunteer). Select dates by clicking on any that are not highlighted. To unselect a date, click it again. You can select multiple dates by clicking on each one.
- once you have selected the dates and checked your user information, click the “Send” button below the first calendar.
- if you wish to, please select in the same way any additional dates for which you could be the second volunteer, using the next calendar (Second Volunteer) and click “Send” below the second calendar.
- Finally, if two volunteers are already scheduled for a date, you can indicate your availability as an alternate / standby using the next calendar (Standby) and click “Send” below the third calendar.
You will receive an email to acknowledge your provisional booking, and shortly thereafter confirmation that the booking is complete. The emails will also include a link to enable you to change the booking. If you wish to cancel a booking completely please email volunteers@abingdonabbeybuildings.co.uk.
Finally, the Timeline at the bottom allows you to check who has volunteered for each session. Click on any session for details.
